Product Description
We make Cummins explosion proof diesel engine using in oil field, coal mine, gas stations, refineries, flour, cotton and flax processing plants.
Product characteristics
The explosion-proof diesel engine developed by our company is mainly used for generating electricity and pumping units working under special conditions. Its main characteristics are as follows:
1. The main advantages of Cummins prototype are smaller size, lower fuel consumption, simple structure and easy maintenance.
2. Two sets of independent heat exchange system. The explosion-proof diesel engine specially designed heat exchange water jacket for exhaust manifold and supercharger, and installed exhaust gas treatment box. The exhaust manifold and supercharger part adopt an independent heat exchange system. The maximum temperature of the engine surface is not more than 130 C (150 C required by the national standard). The exhaust gas treatment tank is independently developed and matched with the water supply tank. The measured exhaust gas emission temperature is not higher than 65 C (70 C required by the National standard).
IV. Technical Key Points
1. Mechanical part
1.1 Explosion-proof Cylinder Head
Made of high strength HT250 gray iron, without air valve guide and seat ring, spiral intake port is adopted, intake manifold and cylinder head are cast in one, and air valve seat surface is quenched by high frequency. Explosion-proof diesel engine has integral cooling water jacket, which is cooled by circulating coolant on all high temperature surfaces.
1.2 Explosion-proof Exhaust Manifold
The single-channel exhaust manifold with integral water jacket is made of high strength gray cast iron and supercharger rear-mounted scheme. The diesel engine circulates coolant to cool all high temperature surfaces.
1.3 Explosion-proof supercharger
Water-cooled turbocharger, with cooling water jacket cast on the surface of turbine shell, is cooled by diesel engine circulating coolant on all high temperature surfaces.
1.4 Washing Tank
The exhaust gas discharged from the supercharger enters the washing tank through the exhaust main pipe with a water jacket. The entrance of the wash tank is equipped with a fence type fire arrester. The exhaust gas first passes through the flame arrester, eliminating the possible flame or Mars in the exhaust gas. The fence type flame arrester is circulated by diesel engine coolant.
2. Electrical part
This explosion-proof diesel engine designed a protection system for accidents and possible faults in use: when the maximum surface temperature of the diesel engine body reaches 150 C, the engine will be alarmed by the horn, and the engine will stop automatically in one minute. When the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine reaches 70 C, the engine will be alarmed by the horn, and the engine will stop automatically in one minute when the cooling liquid temperature of the diesel engine reaches 95 C. The engine is alarmed by the loudspeaker and shut down automatically in one minute. When the outlet temperature of the compressed air starter of diesel engine reaches 130 C, the engine is alarmed by the loudspeaker and shut down automatically in one minute. In addition, in the operator's eye-catching position, equipped with relevant instruments, to display important working parameters, when the limit is reached, it can be found in time, and manual shutdown.
2.1 Flameproof Permanent Magnet Generator and Regulator
Flameproof permanent magnet generator and regulator are used to meet the requirements of national safety standards. By connecting explosion-proof intrinsically safe cables, no sparks are produced during the operation of the engine and the safety factor of the engine in dangerous environment is ensured.
